The following Key Principles of wellness provide a road map for building and maintaining a personal wellness manifesto for life.

These six principles — along with The 5 Dimensions of Wellness — are derived from an ancient model of self-care consisting of five layers or dimensions, including the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of who we are.
